The signing of Draft, 31, marks the second straight year the Rams have lured a
linebacker from the Carolina Panthers. Draft replaced Will Witherspoon at
weakside linebacker after Witherspoon signed with the Rams last March.
Chris Draft swayed away from Tampa Bay.
